Here are some of our favorites from Kathryn and Andrew's engagement session yesterday. Kathryn is an extremely talented artist. Check out her website here - KLP Fine Art and Andrew is a BMX bike racer. We can't wait for their wedding in December. We know it's going to be a blast.
On a side note- Our new blog is only days away from being launched. So please check back! We will be migrating this stuff over there within the next couple of days. We hope everyone loves it as much as we do. 
A few days ago I had the pleasure of meeting with the owners, Angela and Gabrielle, of Faire La Fete Productions, a wedding consulting company here in the Dallas. Our personalities just matched, you could sense it! I was pleasantly suprised to find out that I was chosen as their first wedding vendor of the month. I was completely humbled by their kind words. Be sure to check out their website and blog. These girls have impeccable taste and you will be drawn in too, I promise! Look forward to working with them in the future...

Just wanted to let everyone know that our blog is undergoing some maintenance right now so all pictures might not show up correctly. Had a lot of fun shooting these yesterday. We absolutely love when our couples are open to my crazy ideas of going into alleys and getting inside bushes! They are a beautiful couple and we are eally looking forward to their wedding in November. Is it me, or does she look slightly like the beautiful Kelly Rowland? Hope you like these Tiahesha and Marcus! 
After yesterday's shoot we couldn't resist going back to this beautiful blue wall. 
Here are a few from Elvira and Lorenzo's Engagement session that we shot recently. This was my first time meeting them, they actually came all the way from New York for a few days. I loved getting to know them, they were both extremely nice and a lot of fun. We are excited about their wedding that is coming up in December. Hey Lorenzo don't know if I told you, but I agree with Elvira, the Mavs rule! :)
We did a maternity session for the first time today for Ruben and Janet. Ruben worked with my wife so I was happy to shoot these. I was in the sun glare mood today!

Their wedding is fast approaching! Tricia and Russell are getting married in Hawaii this month. They are such a sweet couple, very cute together! Tricia is a wedding coordinator for a company that I really love working with. She's part of Cordinally Invited events. Look at how cute they are together... 
We're back from our short vacation and glad to be back! We went to go visit some family in Mexico. We had a lot of fun, no internet access and no phones, very relaxing. We will be posting some of the pictures we took later once we get settled and back on track. But here is a picture of us so everyone can see what we look like, I know we are always curious to see what people look like! It was taken by a relative with their point and shoot camera. Please forgive the graininess of the photo!

We will be flying out today for a short vacation returning Monday. Not sure what kind of internet access we are going to have, so we will try and respond to e-mails from over there if we can, if not we will get back to you on Monday. :) We will post pictures when we get back! We're back! We shot a great wedding yesterday in Killeen, Texas. We had never met Julie or Paul but we're so happy that they chose us out of so many photographers to come and shoot their wedding. We were honored because Julie is a photographer as well so she understood the importance of photography for her wedding, more than anything else. She wrote me a few days before telling me she was more excited about the pictures than she was about anything else, we were humbled. They were married at Paul's parents family estate. It was absolutely amazing, the place was sooo big and there were so many things to photograph. We were treated like family the whole time we were there. Thank you to everyone we met there for being so open and kind. Now on to the pictures...
