Courtney and Jason's Wedding

We had the chance to shoot Courtney and Jason's beautiful wedding this past Saturday. Tanya and I both had a lot of fun. She was able to come along and second shoot for me again on this wedding. Thanks to Courtney and Jason for allowing her to come out with me. The ones with the pink P are the ones that she shot. We started out the pre-ceremony photos at the Embassy Suites and got the chance to get to know all of the girls, they were all really nice and super laid back. They were up for trying anything crazy I suggested. The ceremony was held at the First United Methodist church, the ceremony was very beautiful, everyone could feel the love that they have for each other. And the reception was held at the Cacharel Restaurant & Grand Ballroom. This was my first time shooting there and I absolutely loved it. I definitely can not miss mentioning that they had the wonderful Emerald City band. They had everyone on their feet dancing. Here are a few from their wedding... My wife started to tag along with me to some of my weddings to eventually one day start doing it full time with me. Baby pictures- Braylon!

Had the chance to do some baby pictures for the first time today for Brandy and Brien's son, Braylon. Brandy is a friend of my wife's and we actually shot their wedding a while back. It's tougher to shoot babies than I thought it was going to be, but I had a lot of fun doing them! Here are a few of my favorites...

Jeanne and Jeff's Wedding

I had the opportunity to shoot Jeanne and Jeff's wedding this past weekend. The weekend started out with their traditional Cambodian ceremony at the First Baptist church of Carrollton. This was something new to me but I really enjoyed it. All of the colors and different outfits were absolutely beautiful. I found myself really intrigued by the different customs and traditions. They had another outdoor ceremony at the Omni Mandalay hotel in Las Colinas. It almost looked like it was going to to rain while they were setting up, but I am so glad that Jeanne stuck to her guns and decided to keep it outside and not move the ceremony indoors. No detail was forgotten, the flowers, dresses and location were all absolutely gorgeous. The bridal party were all a lot of fun. Jeanne and Jeff, thanks for letting us be part of your wedding day. Valerie and Kenny's wedding

Valerie and Kenny were my lucky 7's couple. They booked me I believe, almost over a year ago for this glorious 7/7/07 date. They are two of the sweetest people I have met and make the cutest couple. They were married at Our Redeemer Lutheran church it was a great setting for a very memorable ceremony. Kenny almost fainted during the ceremony, we're so glad that he didn't! The reception was a lot of fun and that was held at the Park Cities Hilton.

New Blog Coming Sooon!

We finally decided after a long time of discussing it and weighing out the benefits, that we will be having a new blog professionally designed for us. It is going to be soooo super awesome so please check back! By the way I am Tanya, Cesar's wife of almost 3 years. =) I, until recently have been hiding in the background taking care of all the business stuff. I will be second shooting with him from now on when I can and we will have a section where you can track my progress. Any feedback at all will be greatly appreciated!

Valerie and Kenny's Engagement Session

Just got back from Valerie and Kenny's engagement session today at the Ft Worth Stockyards. They dressed in cowboy boots and hats, I loved it! Their wedding is tomorrow! They have a very hectic schedule so fortunately we were able to get them done today. They are one of the thousands and thousands of couples getting married on the lucky 7/7/7 date. I am super stoked about the wedding, everyone is super sweet including Valerie's mother. Thankfully we didn't get rained out like yesterday. However, we did barely miss the cattle herd by a couple of minutes though!

Tracey and Nicolas' Engagement Session

I had the idea of shooting some engagement photos at the local fair for fourth of July. Low and Behold the fair wasn't there anymore! Go figure! We were able to get some shots in the downtown Garland area, worked out great. We then worked our way over to another area and shot there for a little bit then it started raining! We were able to get some good ones in though! When is this rain going to stop??? Check out the simpson's photograph! Who else can say they have the simpsons in one of their photos!
